At Axor Helmets, we want to ensure you have the perfect fit and absolute protection for every ride. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your item within 30 days of delivery provided it is in original, unworn condition with all tags attached.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the helmet in its original protective bag and box, ensuring all visor stickers and manuals are included to prevent damage during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Affix the prepaid shipping label provided via email to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the helmet's condition, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
