To find your perfect fit, wrap a measuring tape around the widest part of your head, approximately one inch above your eyebrows. Compare your measurement to our official size chart available on each product page.
Are Axor helmets certified for safety?
Yes, all Axor helmets meet or exceed international safety standards, including DOT and ECE certifications, ensuring maximum protection and performance for riders.
What is your return and exchange policy?
We offer a 7-day return and exchange policy for unused products in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please ensure the visor protective film has not been removed.
How long does shipping usually take?
Orders are typically processed within 24-48 hours. Domestic shipping usually takes 3 to 7 business days depending on your location.
Do you offer a warranty on your products?
Axor provides a one-year manufacturer warranty against manufacturing defects from the date of purchase. This does not cover damages resulting from accidents or improper use.
